  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier partner rates.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns at the discretion of Jivottam.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, once the package is handed over to the courier company, delivery timelines are subject to their service performance.

The shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping costs for reshipment will be charged to the customer.
