Refund Policy

At Jivottam, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality natural and farm-based products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food grains, seeds, spices, and consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed during special discounts or clearance sales
